Status of appt inaccurante

There is a recent problem with the Status of appts.
This appt particularly shows as “Ready for Review”, yet the interpreter never check out and the appt was not certified. The appt should show as “Waiting for Vendor”. It should also contain the “incomplete or not yet submitted” flag in the review center.
Please let me know how long it will be before this is working correctly again.
