Password reset

One of our vendors Valerie Boerema can’t reset her password. She logged in under the original password and it won’t let her reset to a new one. I have tried to reset it on my end and it won’t take that either. She can’t get in to submit a job. This is the first one she has done with this system.


Does she or you receive an error message of any type?

Can you confirm your vendor was able to login?
