Custom broadcast issue

Since some of our interpreters are showing up as a NO MATCH and we aren’t sure why, we just did a custom for job #762867. Immediately it turned green. However, that interpreter who is available doesn’t show up as “available”. When I find her name in the NO MATCH, it isn’t even green.

Please assist. We are able to figure out who is available by looking through the journal. This is a new problem we have been having for a few weeks. How can we fix this?


The edited screen capture shows that this assignment is being screened using COMPLIANCE CENTER. The compliance profile is listed in the CONTROL CENTER for the assignment.


Using combination of TAGS only 5 vendors are matching the client account. Out of 5 only 2 are fully compliant with compliance profile associated with the account.
